Council Greens Golf
Course Construction Schedule
Many of COUNCIL GREENS home site owners and
future owners have enquired about the plans for the build out of the
COUNCIL GREENS golf course.
As we have stated before, the course will be playable by spring of
’08.
As this goes to press, the out of bounds areas are being graded and
will be seeded for the dormant winter season before Christmas. The
tees, greens and fairways will be established before the New Year,
and the turf will be established on the greens and tees by March ’08
(weather permitting).
Sand traps will be in place by February, and another round of
seeding of the fairways happens in April ’08. Spot seeding takes
place in early summer, with a final seeding of the fairways taking
place in September.
Look for our Grand Opening Golf Tournament in late summer of
2008.
No end in sight for
Idaho's growth:
With all due respect to
Phoenix, Las Vegas and Orlando, the heart of American's biggest
economic boom is right here in Idaho.

We are right on track
Council Greens is a great project and we are
moving quickly. The infrastructure is currently being constructed
and will be completed by the end of August, 2007. Paved roads,
municipal water and sewer, and fiber optic phone and cable will be
provided to each lot. Shaping of the golf course has
begun, and the course will be playable in the spring of ‘08.

Ahead of the competition
We are the last development in the area to have
access to municipal water and sewer until those systems’ capacities
are expanded to handle additional growth. This will essentially stop
the construction of any other new housing developments in the area
for at least 9 months (probably longer).
