What is the average home site size?
The average home site is half an acre, but
range in size to just over 9,000 square feet to over an acre.
What can I build on the home site?
Building plans, colors, etc need to be
approved by the ‘Council Greens’ architectural committee. The
intent and spirit of the architectural committee review is to
protect and maintain the look and feel of ‘Council Greens.’
Are builders welcomed?
Yes. Builders are welcome to acquire home
sites, either individually or in blocks of home sites. Discounts are
available to builders acquiring more than 5 home sites.
What will be provided to each home site?
Paved roads, municipal water and sewer, and
fiber optic phone and cable will be provided to each individual home
site. A 9 hole Executive Golf Course is integral to the community,
and the majority of home sites boarder the golf course.
What is the average home site price?
The average retail home site price is
currently about $62,000. Reserve today to lock in your home site
price. Home site prices will increase.
Are there Association fees?
Yes. Homeowner association fees are currently
set at $60.00 per month, for the upkeep of the golf course and the
common areas. Each owner is entitled to 10 rounds of golf per month
with no additional green fees.
Who owns the Golf Course?
The Council Greens Homeowners Association owns
the golf course.
